Dabu printing is regarded as a unique art of Rajasthan. This is done by sketching a design onto the background fabric or cloth and then covered this design using clay. After that, saw dust is also sprinkled on it to make it stick to the cloth. Then, the entire cloth is dyed in different colors. The part of the cloth having clay and sawdust mixture does not get colored, hence remains colorless. Once the dyeing and drying is done, the cloth is washed for removing clay and the mixture.
